Welcome to Episode One of The Real Talk Podcast hosted by Hayden Perno and Grant Barlow.

Hmm, where do we start?

Well, there’s a lot of different topics that we discuss in this episode ranging from paleo to jujitsu to the education system.

Keep in mind this is our first ep., so it does take a little to get going.

We did find the whole ‘holding microphones’ thing to be a little weird and awkward for the first 20 or so minutes, so we are definitely not ourselves, so to speak.
